Liberty and Prosperity 1776, Inc. is a non-profit, education organization. We are registered and recognized by both the State of New Jersey and the IRS as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charity.

Seth Grossman is executive director of Liberty And Prosperity, which he co-founded in 2003. It promotes American liberty and limited constitutional government through weekly radio and in-person discussions, its website, email newsletters and various events.

Grossman’s opinion columns are often published by American Thinker and local publications.

Seth Grossman is also a general practice lawyer who has been an important part of the politics and culture of Atlantic City since 1975.

As a lawyer, candidate, college professor, journalist and radio
personality, Grossman often observed, “What happens to America happens to Atlantic City first”.

Seth Grossman was the Republican nominee for House of Representatives in New Jersey’s Second Congressional District in 2018. He was also instrumental in reviving the event to remember local Barbary War hero Richard Somers every September 4, the date of his death in Tripoli in 1804.

Seth Grossman graduated Duke University in 1971, and Temple University Law School in 1975. During the casino boom of the 1980’s Grossman was elected to county and local offices in Atlantic City without the support of party leaders. 

For several years, he was an adjunct professor of government and U.S. history at Atlantic Cape Community College.

Brian T. Fitzherbert, age 34, is the vice-president and treasurer of Liberty and Prosperity. He also leads its breakfast discussions each Saturday in Somers Point. Fitzherbert also manages social media, radio messaging and special events for the organization.

Since 2019, Fitzherbert has been a regular guest every Friday on “Talking with Anne” on WOND News Talk Radio 1400AM and 92.3FM in the Atlantic City, New Jersey area.

Fitzherbert is currently a Program Manager employed by a defense contractor supporting the United States Navy building undersea vehicles. Fitzherbert was previously employed by L3Harris Technologies and Textron.

Fitzherbert grew up in North Jersey, and bought his first home in South Jersey in 2012. He revived the Atlantic County Young Republican organization and formed the South Jersey Political Action Committee in 2018.

Fitzherbert graduated from Miami University (Ohio) in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in economics and supply chain management. In 2014, he obtained a master’s degree in Technical Management from the Whiting School of Engineering at Johns Hopkins University.

Brian Fitzherbert is married and has one child. He resides in Atlantic County. Fitzherbert is an amateur hockey player and 4th degree black belt in Jido Kwan Tae Kwon Do (Korean Karate).

Jackie Fattibene has been an active member and donor of Liberty and Prosperity since 2004, and is one of the ten members of our Board of Directors. She was also our secretary from 2012 to 2022. 

Jackie is a retired public school teacher. Married to a traveling salesman, she taught mathematics at high schools in Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire and finally in Medford Lakes, New Jersey. 

She was an active member of the local Republican Club in Magnolia in Camden County and was a candidate for borough council. She currently resides in Burlington County.
